Individual 360 Assessments:
An individual 360 assessment is a simple, qualitative process based on personal interviews with the participant and 10 stakeholders. The purpose is to develop deeper insight into the individual's:
* Personal motivation and beliefs
* Areas of strengths and challenge. Both from the individual's and stakeholder perspective.
* Career choices and achievements.
* Patterns in the professional context which have impacted results and successes.
The end product is a 360 report which can be used for personal/career development choices or as the starting point of a coaching trajectory.
Individual Coaching:
The purpose and approach of (external) individual coaching varies based on the situation and needs of both the individual and organisation. Coaching is often related to:
* Providing increased self-awareness re the impact the individual has/can have.
* Providing clarity on personal goals and aspirations/ambitions. Suppoeting career choices.
* Acting as a trusted sparring partner, helping the individual to step back and reflect.
* Enhancing leadership effectiveness, authenticity and inspirational leadership.
The focus of the coaching is on personal growth and development.
