Three Organisation Development processes for which services are offered:

* Leadership Development
* Talent Management
* Change Management 

All three need to be aligned with the organisation strategy and need to be congruent with the (aspired) organisation values and culture.

Leadership Development and Talent Management:
For both LD and TM two types of services are provided:


* Assessment of the effectiveness of the current process/activities and recommendations for
   further improvements.
 *Advice on building new leadership development and talent management processes and
    capabilities.

Change Management:
Change management is abroad discipline. The services from Marjon Oosterhout focus on the role of leaders and leadership in achieving change.

* The role of leaders, increase awareness how their own behaviors and actions support or hinder
   the change.
* How to inspire others. How to engage and involve the employees.
* How to ensure that change is embedded/integrated with other activities and priorities.

This can be done in the form of consulting and/or design and delivery of workshops.
