Marjon Oosterhout started Passion for Talent in 2007. Basically to do what she has passion for and believes in:
Helping individuals, teams and organisations to discover their (real) strengths and develop and grow by fully utilising these strenghts.

She is affiliated with IMD (Lausanne as Executive Coach) and with Twente School of Management as Leadership Faculty.

Her clients are executives and management teams in international (global) companies.

She builds on her experience in coaching and developing leaders from all over the world, Russians, Nigerians, Omani and yes also Americans and European nationals.
She has 20 years experience in learning, leadership development, organisation development and change management in Shell. ICI. GE and Nissan. Companies with distinct organisational and national cultures.
 
Prior to entering the Corporate world, Marjon ran a small restaurant with French Cuisine in The Netherlands. Good food and good wine are also still her passion.
